arah Bullard, Ph.D., ABPP

Dr. Bullard is a lifelong resident of northeastern Connecticut. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Hartford Hospital and the Institute of Living. Dr. Bullard previously served as the Director of Clinical Neuropsychology Postdoctoral training at Hartford Hospital/the Institute of Living, as well as the Director of the Psychology Department for Gaylord Hospital and Co-Director of their Center for Brain Health, which included their Center for Concussion Care. She transitioned to full-time private practice in 2017.
Dr. Bullard is bilingual and conducts neuropsychological assessments in both English and Spanish of adolescents, adults and older adults with a range of neuropsychiatric disorders, including concussion, traumatic brain injury, dementia, cerebrovascular disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and ADHD. She lives with her family on a small farm in eastern Connecticut.
